Christmas Eve Dinner
Christmas Eve dinner was as delicious and fun as always. The kids got poppers with fun crowns in them too. Then we ended the night with the kids getting their new pj's and a picture in front of the tree and the adults playing games. Then we leave out cookies and notes for Santa and the kids head for bed.
Today's advent: Make cookies for Santa
No-one makes sugar cookies better than Amy. The kids all got to help cut them out, frost them, decorate them and eat them. Plus they picked out a few of their favorites to leave out for Santa tonight and we made a few plates to deliver to neighbors. We tried the whole caroling thing with the kids....they didn't enjoy singing Jingle Bells as much as I thought they should.

Huntington Harbor Cruise of Lights
Tonight we went on the Huntington Harbor Cruise of Lights. It was so much fun (and a little cold by California standards). The boat was a blast and even Great-grandma could go with us and the lights and houses were amazing.
