Luke and Ryan spent over an hour planning out their route to maximize their time.  Then they divided up their candy and exchanged their favorites.

Luana's first time trick or treating.  She and the girls had a blast.

I stayed home, ate candy, read a book and handed out candy.

10th Annual Pumpkin Carving

Oh how I love our yearly pumpkin carving.  Homemade chili by Steve, Navajo tacos, scones, pumpkin bars and lots and lots and lots of pumpkin carving.  Trent even pulled out the power tools this year!

Tonight at Cafe Rio we took the girls looking like this.  This morning Claire was invited to a PJ party and she didn't take them off all day.  And Sophie...well she just does things her way.  Thank goodness it's only a few days away from Halloween. 

Convention

My life this week was spent in Salt Lake doing hosting for our global convention.  It was a huge convention with so many people - mostly from Asia.  We had a blast and by the end I was so tired I thought I might pass out. 

When mom's away....

This is what happens when I am away for work.....

Yes.  She went to school like this.  Yes when her hands are down you can't see her shorty shorts.

Yes.  This dog cost $50 (of his own hard earned cash).  Yes. His dad was with him when he bought it.  Yes.  It scares me every time I walk in his room.

Lizzy Loves Homework

I can't tell you how mad I was when I found this outside.  Lizzy is very lucky I didn't give her away after this.  I was already running late for work and had to be up in Salt Lake for Convention when I saw this.  I promptly packed all the scraps in a large ziplock bag and took it to Claire's teacher asking her if we could replace her homework packet.  Her teacher was laughing so hard and asked if she could keep it since she'd never really seen a dog eat a kids homework.  Lucky for Lizzy Mrs. Williams response saved her spot in our family :)

School Days

I love seeing this sweet little thing in her backpack and curls heading off to school. 

Luana's Concert

Tonight the kids and I got to go to Provo High to see Luana sing.  It was a blast and the girls were very excited to buy her a rose.  Eduardo is also here from Brazil.

Boston

Today in the mail I got my official racers magazine from Boston.  This makes me so excited to run Boston again in 2015.

Fall Break

We did a staycation for Fall Break and it was a blast.  We had a sweet room at the Newpark Hotel in Park City....maybe too sweet since we had our own hot tub out on the deck.  But it was so much fun.  Our hotel was amazing.  We shopped, we ate at "fancy" restaurants.  We did the Alpine slide and rollercoaster. We went to the Olympic park and saw some skiers practicing jumps and landing in the pool.  Luana loved riding the ski lift and seeing the beautiful mountains.   It was such a fun weekend away.
