I got the chance to go cheer on my friends in the Women of Steel Triathlon last weekend. I love going to races and it was so fun to see them out there racing. This was Sandy and Lacey's first tri and they did so great and Holly kicked butt and took 2nd in her age group. Maybe they will get addicted and keep going so we can do one together next year when I'm back in shape. I love having so many great workout buddies. You gals are such an inspiration to me. Way to go - you really are women of steel!
