What girl doesn't love to get flowers? I know I love it especially when it's for no reason at all....but my kids have taken this to a whole new level. All three of them pick me wild flowers on a daily basis. I have more weeds in cups in my kitchen than I know what to do with, and I am constantly throwing them away when they aren't looking. They think dandelions are my FAVORITE flower ever since I try to be appreciative of the gifts they bring me. A couple of weeks ago I was at my parent's house with the kids and Tayson and Luke both came in the house beaming to show me the flowers they picked for me and they both picked a beautiful tulip right out of grandma's flower bed. Thank goodness my parents don't get annoyed when kids are kids. We just had to explain to them what flowers they are allowed to pick and which ones they aren't. I love that they see something they think is pretty and pick it to bring into me. They are so sweet!

Getting Flowers
