Claire Bear

Claire always says her name is Claire Bear...that's even what they write on her pictures in Nursery. This morning she was sitting on the couch watching Dora and I was doing the dishes and this is the conversation we had:

Claire: Mama, my name is Claire Ann Johnson
Me: Yes it is .... who told you that?
Claire: Hims whispered in my ear mama
Me: Who did?
Claire: Lukey
Me: Did you know my name is Kathy Ann Johnson?
Claire: No it's not it's Kathy Schultz

The Shoes

Last week Tayson came home with these shoes. Notice anything funny?
(hint...they are both the left foot)

Two days later he found the match to his shoe at school

A few days after that he brought home the other match...

If these are yours let me know. We have no idea how he ended up with 2 pair of the exact same shoes and what poor kid kept going home from school missing 1 shoe at a time!

Shouldn't leave the house

I couldn't pass this picture up. I was at the post office yesterday and I saw this man and realized he really shouldn't have left the house looking like he did - especially in 60 degree weather. His bright blue underwear are peaking out of his way too short cut off jean shorts and his thread bare shirt was even worse from the front. His left nipple was completely visible thought a huge hole. Now I'm not sure if he simply doesn't have the money to get some new clothes or if he thinks this looks sexy but it almost made me laugh out loud in the middle of the not-so-funny post office. I hope you can all appreciate the insanity of this man's outfit - I know you aren't getting the whole picture ... because trust me on this one the front was so much worse.
