Christmas Advent - Day 24

Today was the final day of our Advent Calendar - Act out the Nativity Play.  Watching the kids do this was a treat.  They are so excited and have so much fun.  We did it once just for us to see and then we ended up doing it a second performance when all the extended family was over for Christmas Eve dinner.  There were a few extra dance moves put in - but all in all the kids did a great job. 

I am so glad we did our Advent Calendar this year.  I've really never created any traditions with my kids since we travel every year. This was a chance for me to start some traditions with the kids.  The kids looked forward to seeing what we were going to do each day and we had a great time.  Some of them were small and very simple and others took a bit more time and planning.  We are definitely doing this again next year.
