It's that time again. Some of the highlights from this cleaning: Sophie decided she would like to clean teeth when she grows up. Sophie tried to trade in her $10 bill for an extra coin from the dentist. She gave it to him twice and he finally just gave it back to me. She really wanted that extra little toy. Claire had 1 small cavity. Tayson and Luke both got cash for having no cavities and Luke put his hands down his pants while having his teeth cleaned ..... his happy place maybe????

Advent Day 20
Christmas Concert. Each kid decided what they wanted to perform. Luke played piano then played while Tayson danced for us. Sophie and Claire both sang Christmas songs. They kids were hilarious and I loved every minute of our concert. We recorded it all for Todd to see too!
Schultz Christmas
I love it when we get together for our family gift exchange. There are so many kids, adults and presents - it's pure chaos. This year was no exception. David and Kami hosted and we did a simple pizza dinner with ice cream sundaes for desert. The present opening is totally crazy and I missed seeing the majority of the presents opened.
I didn't manage to get a picture of Tayson with his present - he opened them fast then went back downstairs to play.

Feast Your Eyes
When we were at Target last week Tayson asked if he could have some undershirts to wear. So yesterday while I was finishing up some Christmas shopping I picked up a bag of them. He was so excited and when he put one on he said "feast your eyes" and started doing dance moves. Oh my! He slept in it and put another one on this morning under his t-shirt for school. I don't know what I'm going to do with this crazy kid!!
My Poor Girls
Last night both girls were up quite a bit in the night crying with sore throats and medicine didn't seem to help much so this morning we headed over to Instacare. Both girls have strep. Thank goodness they do the shot so we don't have to deal with 10 days of medicine while traveling. And the shot works wonders - they were feeling so much better by the time they went to bed and were good to go this morning.
Sophie's Christmas Program
Sophie's preschool program was so cute. She was dressed as an elf and her part was "We wish you a Merry Christmas" - she nailed her part and was very excited to get to talk into a "real microphone". She sang the songs great and did all the motions.
Advent - Day 19
Christmas Puzzle. I didn't really think about it when I saw a cute puzzle at the store so I just bought one. This one however was way too hard for the kids and I to do without Todd. Sophie was bored the whole time because she kept moving around the pieces and I made her stop. So she sat pouting with the box on her head (hilarious). The boys got bored fast and went back to the computer after an hour. Claire and I worked long and hard and got most of it done but we never finished it. I did learn that Claire is really good at puzzles though. Next year we are going to finish our puzzle!!
*I didn't take a final picture but we got all except the very top blue part done.
