I Need Motivation!
I am soooo lazy these days and really need some motivation. I have such an "easy" excuse with being prego to just sleep in and not do anything. But it is starting to get to me. For the last 3 weeks all I have done is teach my spin class (2 days a week) and not do one additional minute of exercise. I realize this is still doing something...but so not like me! I am a 5-6 days a week exerciser and have been with all 3 of my other pregnancies. I'm packing on the pounds and just getting lazier by the day. I've put on more weight the first half of this pregnancy than any of the other 3 and at this rate it will take me 5 years to get back in shape after this little one is born. Hopefully by posting this cry for help it will help me want to get my butt out of bed and stay fit and healthy for 19 more weeks.

Alrighty, you know my philosophy, but don't got there...not worth the work to get it all back off...still haven't done it.
I am laughing at your personal feelings of failure because you have only been working out twice a week..so funny...maybe you aren't meant to have ten, like your mom....you seem to be slowing down already...how dare you only work out twice a week! (this is sarcasm)
My only other thoughts are to have your iron checked and start taking B12, it is supposed to boost energy.
Just relax. There's no need to stress about only working out twice a week - you'll get your energy back and you'll lose the weight faster than you think. Remember, you'll be chasing after 4 kids & working out in addition. Cut yourself some slack... ( :
You rock, I'm only breast feeding and I can't motivate myself to workout I ski or crosscountry ski about 2 times a week and that is my entire workout other than constantly packing around my 22lb sack of potatoes aka fisher. Embrace the belly (and the excuse to be lazy)! We love your family. Hope you didn't mind I posted your kid's picture.
You know Kathy, you actually should get your iron checked. It was around 20 weeks, with all my pregnancies, and really bad with Ryan's, that my iron plummeted. Just an idea. :-)
Okay "Spin Teacher" You might as well just give up and load up on the HOHO's!!!:)
Seriously,What some of us would give to have your long lean muscular body...even with the extra 15 lbs!!! You look fabulous!!!
