My tough girls

The kids have been doing the kids fitness class at our crossfit gym this summer and they love it.  Claire made it to the top of the rope already and has done a pull-up.  I LOVE IT!

Sophie watched a lot of the crossfit games with me so when I told her to get ready for crossfit she put this on.  Silly girl - that's a swim suit top and you aren't allowed to wear it (she has it for the bottoms to go with her rash gaurd tops).  She looks like she means business though!

I love the confidence that crossfit is giving my girls.  Sophie always says stuff like "mom, I gotta get strong and buff"  That's my girl!

Crossfit Revolver

One of things I really wanted to do in Cancun was find a local crossfit box to do a workout.  Mark, Brandon and I went and did a fun workout.  I have never been so sweaty in my entire life - it was so hot and humid.  We did a partner wod and the coaches picked our partners - mine was awesome she was so much fun and spoke English.  Todd and I bought t-shirts from the gym  - and this might be a new tradition of mine to visit boxes when we go on a trip and get a shirt from there.

Crossfit Mom's

Guess who came to crossfit with me today?  My mom is the best example of living life to the fullest and being fit.

I workout

I posted this picture with this caption:
"Throwback to when I could only clean 45 lbs.  Tonight was one of the best nights at Generator Crossfit when I finally got my 95 lb clean!  You can call me beefcake if you want. "

I ran 14 miles down Provo Canyon today and I can't tell you how much I love running in our canyons.  It is so beautiful and it makes me so happy.

Today after crossfit I got home and Todd said "did you do situps today?"  I answered "yea...why?" and he took this picture for me.  HA HA HA.

My Big Strong Man

I love that Todd and I are doing crossfit together.  I love it.  We don't always workout at the same time - but when we do it's a blast.  I love seeing how strong he is.  Our gym is like a family and everyone cheers each other on and the support and friendships are the best.  Todd got his deadlift PR (325 lbs) today at the gym and seriously he is just so strong!!
