We decided not to do Schultz Christmas on Sunday this year because my mom was still in Spokane. So we moved it to a Tuesday night and to keep things simple we had pizza.
My parents never set up their Christmas tree since mom was gone so we had it at David and Kami's house instead. I love all the presents under the tree. Even with most everyone only getting 2 or 3 presents it's a huge pile.
We started with the kids first. We handed out their presents and tried to have some order to the present opening...but that didn't really work. Once you put presents in front of little kids they start opening them!
Sophie wore her Cinderella (or Cinderlella as she calls it) gown to the party and it was very fitting because one of her favorite presents was a Cinderella barbie.
Claire got this talking princess mirror - it scares me every time I go in her room.
Tayson got a $25 visa gift card from his secret person and he couldn't be happier. He has wanted his own credit card for a few years now.
Luke got a remote control helicopter and some sweet ski pants.
After the kids were all done it was time for the adults to open presents. Trent gave everyone a special present. They were hilarious. Mine was a cheese grater and my card said something about being "grate".
Todd got this horse calendar and it talked about how he's an Italian Stallion.
Tayson made a book in school called "Christmas Memories" and yes it made me cry a little. I loved his memories of Christmas.
Schultz Christmas was a huge success!
