A clean bill of health

Yesterday was not fun but this morning I woke up early and was at the hospital by 6:30. The best part is that I was rather quiet since I had a lot on my mind and it was early - but Todd was very chatty. He just kept talking to me about fast food and the movie "Supersize Me" I think it's the most I've ever heard him say before 10:00 am.

The procedure was quick and painless and I was on my way home within an hour with a clean bill of health. I'm so relieved to know. Now I just need to clean up my diet, add more fiber and water and get more sleep.

I'm so glad that everything went well and that there are no problems! I have given that "drink" that you did last night to many a patient! Yuck! Sorry that you had to go through all that. I hope that your tummy trubbles are a thing of the past and that you get feeling better soon! Hang in there my friend!

I know how you feel... Ihave had one of those and we have a high rate of colon cancer on my moms side. I am glad you got a clean bill of health! You may want to look into some food intolerances/allergies. That was my problem.

Surprised by more water and fiber....NOT surprised by MORE SLEEP.

I choose sleep over exercise. Maybe we could switch routines. :)

I'm so glad you're ok and that everything went well. Todd was probably a little nervous himself and had to keep talking so he didn't think about it.
